This past September 2020 I opened my second location called Marked. Located a short distance from Coffee Oysters Champagne, this 10,000 sq foot 50’s inspired South American restaurant focuses on sustainable meat, seafood and produce all prepared and “marked” by our wood charcoal grill. Our large and captivating menu focuses on 3 sizes of share plates and features over 60 cocktails.

Marked restaurant takes you on a journey not just with food and drink, but by way of our 4 unique yet cohesive dining spaces: Pan-Am Lounge, Comedor, Tucano, and Corsair.

“At 68 pages, the drink list is longer than some Gabriel García Márquez novellas. There are over 60 cocktails on offer,”
"Marked is a journey through South American cuisine that aims to show how we're all marked in some way by our heritage."
“Sourcing sustainable ingredients, cooked over natural heat to ensure the true essence of each flavour is perfectly represented.”
